- JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training & development etc.
Responsible for evolving HR policy & procedures, organizational chart, development of interpersonal relationship and conducive work culture.
Responsible for recruitment & staffing, including preparing job descriptions, analysing job requirements and finalising candidates.
Design and conduct induction training, other training & development programmes.
Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data base, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
Maintain leave and attendance management system and implement discipline.
Prepare and maintain an effective performance management, job evaluation and performance appraisal systems.
Prepare and maintain company compensation structure, payroll management, reward administration and non-financial incentives.
Ensure employee welfare, employee services, benefits and counselling.
Maintain healthy employee relations and effective grievance handling.
Ensure team building, motivation and communication.
Ensure creating a good organisational culture and healthy work environment.
Ensure attrition levels are kept at the minimum.
Other Administrative functions.
Key Competencies :
8+ years of relevant experience in professionally managed corporate.
Good working knowledge of computer.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Good command over English / Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Leadership skills and highly presentable.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.
Qualification :
Post-Graduate in HR.
Salary: 22,50,000 - 30,00,000 P.A
