- Duties shall mainly include
- To take the manpower requirement from all the departments of the company.
- To ascertain the best source to recruit the staff along with preparation of JD's, JR's etc.
- Preliminary Interview to ascertain the compatibility of the candidate.
- To arrange the written test for the candidates to make them qualify foe the final interview.
- To complete Joining & Exiting Formalities
- To prepare various policies related to employees like travel, attendance, etc.
- Rating of the employess and awarding the best employee
- To seek various employee motivational activities
- To arrange various training activities for the employee promotion
- Appraisal Process for the employees
- Salaries preparation and distribution
- Holidays and other related policies which are year or month specific.
- To complete and address all the legal and statutory requirements as per the Government Rules.
Salary: 1,50,000 - 3,25,000 P.A. Salary is negotiable for the best candidate
